Our Customer Care Center Earns "Top 100" Distinction

Top 100 2016Portico's Customer Care Center was named a 2016 "Top 100" small call center in March by BenchmarkPortal, a global leader in the contact center industry. Late in 2015, BenchmarkPortal also awarded us its prestigious "Center of Excellence" award.

Both awards are based on key performance indicators of effectiveness and efficiency, and reflect Portico's serious commitment to measurable service quality. The Top 100 award is different in that any call center in our size bracket (5 – 99 full-time equivalent employees) can apply; only BenchmarkPortal clients can compete for the Center of Excellence designation.
